TALK-IT-OUT
Go through each main point and scripture from the message and use the corresponding questions in discussion with your group. Encourage your group to pull this post up on their own device to follow along.

POINT 1: GOD HAS CALLED US TO BE EXCEPTIONAL.

Talk-it-Out: What have you noticed, or not noticed, about yourself that makes you unique and exceptional?
Talk-it-Out: What in your life right now are you doing that’s the norm that maybe you need to change?
POINT 2: PERHAPS ONE OF THE MOST UNUSUAL THINGS JESUS HAS CALLED US TO DO IS TO SERVE OUR WAY TO GREATNESS.

Talk-it-Out: Name some times you have been down and serving or helping others has made you feel better?
Talk-it-Out: What is the biggest obstacle that prevents you from serving? How can you overcome that obstacle?
POINT 3: JESUS DID NOT REBUKE THEM FOR WANTING TO BE GREAT.
Talk-it-Out: In what ways do you want to be great?
POINT 4: IF SERVING IS BENEATH YOU, GREATNESS IS BEYOND YOU.
Talk-it-Out: Give some specific examples of how you will look for opportunities to serve throughout your day or week.
WRITE-It-Out
Encourage your group to start writing things down. Do the following exercises:
- Do a SOAP devotion on Hebrews 6. Read the SCRIPTURE. Write down at least one OBSERVATION, at least one APPLICATION for your life, and one PRAYER inspired by this scripture.
Live-It-Out
Encourage your group to start doing. Commit to a step and live it out this week.
- Do what you talked about in the final Talk-it-Out question by serving this week.
